So impressed and pleased! I saw this watch on multiple sites, but H.S.Johnson was offering it at a discounted price. I was surprised immediately as whilst I was looking at items on H.S.Johnson's site, a further discount code popped up! .. so not only did I get a watch that I really wanted, but I managed to get it £450 cheaper than the RRP! Ordering process was simple, receiving prompt confirmation emails, dispatch details etc. An absolute bonus..H.S.Johnson adjusted the links on my watch for free before dispatch! Only suggestion I have: Improvement be made on delivery packaging. My watch arrived in it's box and was wrapped with brown paper and put into another box for delivery. However when it arrived, my watch box was slightly damaged due to delivery handling. For a high value item, which I intend to keep forever, it would have been nice if my box arrived undamaged. So a bit of bubble wrap would be best in future. Apart from this, I would definitely be purchasing from H.S.Johnson in the future! Thank you very much... from a very happy customer :D
